Community Tech Center

To better compete in today’s job market, knowledge of computers and their applications are essential. Our Community Technology Center (CTC) provides computer and internet access, technology literacy training and general technology assistance to any member of the Rockford community who may not otherwise have access to these technologies.

Our experienced teachers will offer instruction and hands-on computer experience to increase participants’ knowledge and skills in using computers as a tool. First time users will become acquainted with the terminology and correct usage of computers. Eligible youth that are enrolled in our YouthBuild program will spend 33 weeks gaining knowledge in all aspects of computer education. Small business owners and their employees will benefit from new ways to improve their business productivity. One of our classes will surely meet your needs.
